Description
Megalac is a high-energy rumen-protected fat made by reacting fatty acids and calcium to produce a rumen-insoluble fat supplement. Megalac granules pass through the rumen and are broken down in the acidic small intestine to release fat and calcium for digestion. Increases energy supply in diets without increasing acid load in the rumen unlike cereal based starch sources.

Storage and Handling
Megalac is available in 25 kg bags, 1t tote bags and in bulk loads. To keep Megalac in the best possible condition, do not store more than one pallet high. The product should be stored in cool, dry, well-ventilated buildings.
